Baby is a big bundle of wags! She's an 8-year-old, 75-pound Shepherd/Husky mix who came to AFRP from the Salinas Animal Services after being surrendered when her person could no longer care for her. Currently in foster care, Baby has proved to be a smart and attentive girl who walks nicely on the leash and knows how to sit and shake hands. Still a bit shy and tentative due to all the recent changes in her life, Baby is looking for a patient adopter who can continue working with her to build her confidence. Her foster mom feels she would do well as a single dog or with another compatible dog, and could live with a dog-savvy cat. She had probably lived her life as an outdoor dog, and will need an experienced adopter. Click on picture for details.
