Steak For My Four-Legged Babies

My four-legged babies deserve some steak. You see, my life is so stressful and crazy and busy right now (bet you can tell by the lack of posts!), that I don't even remember the last time I just spent some quality time with Dingo and Buddy. But, last night, I took a deep breath and decided to slow down and spoil them a little bit.

First up was some freshly grilled grissel from a barbecued steak. Don't you just love his "look of love"? Look how dark his beautiful eyes are. He knew the special treasure that I held in my hand.

Of course, at the same time, Dumb Ass, uh.. I mean, my precious Buddy Baby, had to act like a crazy, wild animal, screaming at the top of his lungs and I could not get him to "zip it." It's so loud and the neighbors must hate me. He's so stubborn and just lost his mind over the steak and no matter how much I tried, I could not get him to be quiet.

And, then, because I feel like they have been so neglected, I told them I would take them for a walk. I usually do that every day, but I can't remember the last time. I know! How sad.

Much to my complete surprise, my tall, dark and handsome oldest son, said, "wait, Mom. I want to go." So, I got the best escort I could ever hope for and I enjoyed every single second. I pray every day, that he will never, ever move away and leave me. I know. I know. He won't. ;)~

Of course, we stopped along our walk, so I could document the moment. The times with your loved ones are so fleeting and I want to remember every single nano second with my kids. Love my Domo. Love my Luki. Love my dogs. Yes, even Dumb Ass.
